Stephanie has a heart to serve. Whether serving her family, her church, or the homeowners she connects with each day, Stephanie generously and selflessly gives her time and energy to those in need.
After homeschooling her four children through grade school, she discovered a passion for real estate and now manages multiple rental properties across the Carolinas.

Finn Gleason is one of Super Roofing’s top Sales Representatives. Finn has always been competitive. He grew up playing lacrosse and wrestling, and today he trains in boxing and practices yoga. He is constantly working to improve, both physically and mentally. That pursuit of excellence carries into his work and shows up in the way he educates, communicates, and delivers for homeowners.
Right out of high school, Finn stepped into door to door sales, where his natural charisma and strong energy quickly set him apart. Over time, he has developed a strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods, allowing him to guide homeowners with clarity and confidence.
Ella Gleason
Business Manager
Ella Gleason serves as the Business Manager at Super Roofing Company, where she supports day-to-day operations, manages customer communication, and helps implement systems that keep the company organized and accountable. With a background in hospitality, marketing, and sales, she brings a practical understanding of service, communication, and steady growth.
As a former athlete who now enjoys weightlifting, Ella values discipline and consistency. Her interest in personal development carries into her work, where she focuses on continuous improvement and supporting a positive experience for both clients and team members.

A native of South Charlotte and a proud South Meck High alum, Jack Navaroli grew up fueled by competition on the swim, lacrosse, and football teams. After graduating from NC State University with degrees in Finance and German, he began his professional journey in the fast-paced world of Technology Consulting.
However, Jack’s desire for tangible results and a more active lifestyle led him to trade the desk for the great outdoors. Today, he combines his consulting background with a passion for roofing sales, helping homeowners protect their most important investment through honest, educated decision-making.
When he’s not on a roof, you’ll find Jack traveling, exploring the outdoors, or embracing his inner “part-time farmer.”
